– Appointment eclipsed the requested amount of appointments you agreed to take in a weeks time as per your minimum appointment agreement.

How do I dispute an Appointment?
The fastest way to dispute an appointment is to send an email to Service@appointmentondemand.com, labeling the subject as dispute. Your email should state the name of your firm, the name of the client who the appointment was set for, and a detailed explanation as to why you feel a credit is appropriate.
How long does it take before I receive my credit?
Appointment On Demand will need 5-7 business days to investigate your dispute claim. If a determination is made that a credit is warranted, once a refund is applied, it generally takes 2-3 business days for a bank to refund the money. You do also have the option to use this credit toward your next appointment.
I was charged for an appointment which i was unable to make time for or convince the client to reschedule, can i receive a credit?
Unfortunately not. Appointment On Demand would like our contractors to understand we are dedicating resources to advertise for the services you have requested to receive appointments for. We are also striving to achieve the volume of appointments you have requested as per your minimum appointment agreement. It is your job to make sure your organization dedicates enough time to be able to handle the amount of appointments you requested. For this reason we always recommend you list an appropriate amount of appointments you believe can comfortably handle on a day to day basis. Having said so, you can call your account manager and have them assist in convincing the client to take an appointment more conducive to your schedule.
I feel I was charged to much for an appointment, Can I receive a credit?
This situation will never take place, this is because the system only allows us to charge $39-$80 per appointment as you have agreed to in your minimum Appointment Agreement and signed disclosure agreement. Our pricing is based on our cost to produce an appointment, meaning the less it costs us to produce the less it costs you, likewise the more it costs us the higher the price for the appointment. An appointment price will never eclipse $80.
I was unable to sell an appointment, can I get a refund?
No, you are responsible to pay once you receive your appointment. However you can ask your account manager to help by calling the client to enable or renegotiate your quote in an effort to earn there business.
